TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HOSTED BUYERS
SPLITB2B - Special Interest Tourism International conference and Workshop (hereinafter know as SPLITB2B)
Qualifying criteria
To qualify for the Hosted buyer program, participants must be responsible for planning, organizing, recommending or making financial decisions for special interest and packages tours outside their home country. Hosted buyer takes part in FAM trip and attends individual appointments on March 13th , 2019 at the B2B with Sellers of their choice.
To be accepted as Hosted buyer, applicant should meet strict qualifying criteria. The Organizer may contact the applicant and/or appropriate meetings suppliers to verify the information on her/his application.
To qualify, Hosted buyers must be able to demonstrate that they are a senior decision maker, and/or budget holder, who will actively promote tourism and set Croatia as a destination in their company portfolio.
Registration
1. Qualified Hosted buyers will receive complimentary:

Admission to SPLITB2B

Admission to official SPLITB2B networking events.

Pre-scheduled appointments with Sellers of their choice.

Three nights stay (March 11th – 14th 2019) in the 4* hotel in Solin including breakfast
-
Airport and local transfers within SPLITB2B program.

Catering within SPLITB2B program.
-
Online diary with the facility for additional appointments.

Possibility to participate in FAM trips.
All other costs and incidental expenses are the responsibility of each attendee, for example private transfers, flight tickets and upgrades, hotel upgrades, additional nights’ accommodation, personal extras, travel insurance and all other expenses not related to official program.
2. All Hosted buyers registering is done via SPLITB2B matchmaking software. Completion of the online application form does not automatically guarantee a place on SPLITB2B Hosted buyer program. Registered Hosted buyers will be notified via email if their application is accepted. SPLITB2B reserves a right to decline registration without specifying a reason. Organizer’s decision is final. As a final registration confirmation, Hosted buyers are obligated to send their e-ticket and flight details via email not later than February 01st, 2019.
3. SPLITB2B will only accept one application per company free of charge. Additional participants can be approved by Organizer, but it will be charged separately on request.
4. Each individual Hosted buyer is responsible for his company`s information posted in matchmaking software.
5. Participants who are not accepted for the Hosted buyer program will have the opportunity to attend SPLITB2B as a regular buyer meaning that the Organizer approves his attendees but not free of charge.
6. By accepting all the conditions of SPLITB2B program, all Hosted buyers are consenting to their contact details being made available to all Sellers as well as all official event partners and sponsors.
If Hosted buyer prefers to be excluded from this consentient, he/she must notify Organizer of this matter in writing via e-mail info@splitb2b.com
Attendance
1. The Hosted buyer who wishes to make his/her own travel arrangements must inform Organizer before doing so and ensure that his/ her travel arrangement is according to SPLITB2B agenda.
2. Hosted buyer must obtain their own adequate travel insurance coverage because Organizer will not provide any insurance on his behalf.
3. SPLITB2B takes no responsibility for any Hosted buyers who may miss own flights, transfers or functions related to SPLITB2B. This includes Hosted buyers missing flights due to visa complications, airline delays and cancellations. Any additional expenses incurred in above cases are at the Hosted buyer’s own expense.
Appointment setting
1. Hosted buyer who is accepted by SPLITB2B, commits to attend a minimum of eight one-to-one appointments with register Sellers. One-to-one meetings must be arranged in advance via online matchmaking system.
2. Attendance at appointments will be monitored and nonattendance shall constitute a breach of Terms and Conditions.
Cancellations, ˝no shows˝ and refunds
1. If Hosted buyer needs to cancel his/her participation at SPLITB2B, he/she must inform Organizer in writing. The cancellation will not be effective until Hosted buyer receives a written acknowledgement from Organizer within 48 hours of receiving cancellation request.
Cancellations received on/ prior February 01st, 2019, do not incur a fee.
Cancellations received after February 01st, 2019, will incur a fee of 1.100 EUR.
2. ‘No show’ is defined as a situation when Hosted buyer, who without giving a prior written notice of cancellation, does not complete appointment requirements and/or is not present for the Hosted buyer activities at SPLITB2B. ˝No show˝ also incur fee of 1.100 EUR.
3. All cancellation and no-show fees will be charged by Organizer via an invoice which will be sent to Hosted buyer upon the completion of SPLITB2B.
Substitution
1. Hosted buyer acceptance on SPLITB2B is non-transferable. However, should a circumstance arise whereby hosted buyer has to cancel participation, he/she may request to substitute another person from the same company. The Organizer may choose to accept substitute person after reviewing his/ her resume and company status.
2. If the substitution is not accepted by Organizer, then the usual cancellation Terms apply to the original Hosted buyer.
Travel
1. Travel should be arranged by Hosted buyer in a way that is compatible with SPLITB2B agenda.
2. Hosted buyers from certain countries may require a visa to enter Croatia (European Union). It is the responsibility of each participant to contact the Organizer for a visa application letter and to obtain their own visa. Hosted buyers who are unable to travel because of failure to obtain a valid visa will be subject to the standard cancellation or ‘no show’ charges.
General conditions
By accepting all the conditions of SPLITB2B program, all Hosted buyers are consenting that Organizer can use promotional materials made during SPLITB2B for a future marketing and commercial use.
If Hosted buyer prefers to be excluded from this consentient, he/she must notify Organizer of this matter in writing via e-mail info@splitb2b.com.
All matters and questions not covered by these Terms and Conditions are subject to the decision of the Organizer.
Terms and Conditions may be amended or added by the Organizer at their discretion. If that happens Organizer is obligated to inform Hosted buyers of this matter.
Jurisdiction
The Organizer and the Hosted buyer will settle all eventual disputes in an amicable way. In case that a dispute cannot be settled in this way, the Organizer and Hosted buyer agree to confer jurisdiction of Croatian law and court in Split.

SPLITB2B – Međunarodna konferencija i poslovna radionica turizma posebnih interesa
Službeni organizator – Udruga destinacijskih menadžment kompanija Dalmacije (UDMKD), u daljnjem tekstu UDMKD, u daljnjem tekstu Organizator
SPLITB2B – Međunarodna konferencija i poslovna radionica turizma posebnih interesa, u daljnjem tekstu SPLITB2B
Tehnički organizator – Turistička agencija Omnivia ( Obrt Kaštil Slanica)
Seller – sudionik konferencije i poslovne radionice, predstavnik ponuđača (TO, TA ili DMK) s područja Hrvatske ili regije
Buyer – sudionik konferencije i poslovne radionice, predstavnik potražnje, (TO, TA ili DMK)
Ovim Općim uvjetima definiraju se uzajamna prava i obaveze Organizatora i Sellera:
1. Organizator se obvezuje da će organizirati radionice u sklopu konferencije SPLITB2B dana 13.03.2019. (srijeda) u hotelu Salona Palace u Solinu. Konferencija će obuhvaćati stručna predavanja i okrugli stol te B2B radionicu na kojoj će sudjelovati inozemni poslovni subjekti (Buyeri).
2. Glavni uvjeti sudjelovanja Sellera na SPLITB2B su registracija u online sustavu te u roku 14 dana od registracije, uplata kotizacije za sudjelovanje, za što će istima biti ispostavljen račun od strane UDMKD. Po zaprimljenoj uplati, profil će biti aktiviran i od tog trenutka Seller će biti u mogućnosti pristupiti istom o čemu će biti obaviješten od strane Organizatora.
Za dodatno naručene turističke usluge objavljene na službenoj web stranici eventa, račun će ispostaviti Tehnički organizator.
3. Registracija je moguća na mrežnoj stranici konferencije www.splitb2b.com i obuhvaća profil Sellera te matchmaking sustav za dogovor između Sellera i Buyera.
4. Organizator će pravovremeno objaviti datum početka ugovaranja sastanaka putem matchmaking online sustava , a najkasnije 10 dana prije početak istog.
5. Do tog datuma svaki Seller ponaosob dužan je profesionalno i u skladu s poslovnim uzancama popuniti svoj profil i odgovarati za istinitost objavljenih podataka na vlastitom profilu.
6. Svaki Seller ponaosob odgovoran je za kvantitetu i kvalitetu ugovorenih sastanaka na poslovnoj radionici.
7. Organizator očekuje od Sellera ponašanje u skladu s dobrom poslovnom praksom.
8. Organizator zadržava pravo promjene rasporeda sadržaja u prethodno objavljenom programu, a pri čemu sudionici nemaju pravo na povrat ranije uplaćene kotizacije ukoliko svi ranije najavljeni sadržaji budu realizirani
9. Organizator zadržava pravo korištenja promotivnih foto i video materijala u daljnjim marketinškim aktivnostima. Registracijom u sustav Seller daje privolu za navedeno, a u slučaju da se s navedenim ne slaže dužan je odmah po registraciji o tome obavijestiti Organizatora pismeno putem elektroničke pošte info@splitb2b.com .
10. U slučaju odustajanja od sudjelovanja od strane Sellera uvjeti povrata sredstava na ime kotizacije su:
- od dana prijave do 90 dana prije početka SPLITB2B - Organizator vraća 100% uplaćenih sredstava
- od 89 do 46 dana prije početka SPLITB2B – Organizator vraća 30% uplaćenih sredstava
- od 45 dana prije početka SPLITB2B – Organizator zadržava 100% uplaćenih sredstava
11. Organizator zadržava pravo otkaza SPLITB2B u slučaju nedostatnog interesa sudionika, više sile ili drugog opravdanog razloga.
12. U slučaju otkazivanja SPLITB2B Organizator neće biti odgovoran za eventualno nastalu štetu ili za refundaciju bilo kakvih troškova prijavljenih sudionika, osim povrata ranije uplaćene kotizacije.
